Refund Policy

However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Event Ticket Expiry

Event tickets purchased through are valid only for the specific event for which they are purchased. Once the event has concluded, the tickets expire and are no longer eligible for refunds. We do not offer refunds for event tickets after the event date and time has passed.

In cases where an event is rescheduled or canceled, we will provide information on the rescheduled date or offer refunds according to our policies at that time. Please refer to our rescheduling and cancellation policy for more information on such scenarios.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund policy, starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Timeframe: Your request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

  2. Reason: You are eligible for a refund if you encounter a technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve, or if you are dissatisfied with our product or service due to a valid reason.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team at and provide the following information:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Date of purchase

    • A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 days for a response.

  3. Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 4 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Services or products that have been used, downloaded, or accessed.

  • Events tickets booked and never 

  • Services or products purchased outside of the 7-day refund window.

  • Customized or personalized services or products.

  • Gift cards or promotional codes.

Event Rescheduling

In the event that an event is rescheduled:

  1. Notification: We will make every effort to notify ticket holders of the rescheduled date, time, and venue changes as soon as possible. This information will be communicated via email or other contact details provided during the purchase.

  2. Ticket Validity: Your original tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. You do not need to take any action to use your tickets on the new date, provided the event is rescheduled.

  3. Refund Request: If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event date, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team at within 7 days of the rescheduled event date announcement. Refund eligibility and terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Event Cancellation

In the unfortunate event that an event is canceled:

  1. Notification: We will promptly notify ticket holders of the event cancellation and provide details on the refund process. This information will be communicated via email or other contact details provided during the purchase.

  2. Refund Process: Refunds for canceled events will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

  3. Ticket Resale: If you purchased tickets through our platform and the event is canceled, we do not permit the resale of those tickets on our platform. Any attempts to do so may result in the invalidation of the tickets.



Please note that certain events or circumstances may have specific rescheduling or cancellation policies that override this general policy. Such exceptions will be clearly communicated during the ticket purchase process, and they will take precedence in the event of a conflict.
